The chicken is marinated with spices, lightly grilled for a smoky flavor, and paired with a creamy yogurt-based sauce that balances spice and tang beautifully. 1. Take about 150g boneless chicken, cover with cling wrap, and gently pound it thin for even cooking.
2. Marinate with ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, ¼ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, and 1–2 tsp oil. Rest for 10 minutes.
3. For the sauce, mix 2 tbsp thick yogurt, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp mustard sauce, and 1 tsp Schezwan sauce. Adjust with a little honey or sugar if needed.
4. Grill the chicken on a hot greased pan until fully cooked.
5. Spread sauce on roti, add grilled chicken and veggies, then roll into a wrap. Serve warm.
