2 Cups Chick Peas
1/2 Onion
6-7 Garlic Cloves
2-3 Green Chillies
1 Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
Salt
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4th Tsp Baking Soda
Steps
1. In a chopper, take 2 cups Chick Peas (soaked in water for overnight), sliced Onion, 2-3 Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Cumin Powder, Salt and chopped everything coarsely.
2. Add Chilli Flakes, Baking Soda and mix it well. Grease your palm with oil and make small patties of the mixture.
3. Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan, and carefully drop the falafel for deep fry on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
4. Fry the Falafel until medium brown on both the side.
5. Delicious Falafel is ready to serve with humus.
