4 Tbsp Oil
2 Cinnamon
3 Green Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 Onion Chopped
1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
500 gms Chicken
Salt
2 Tsp Garlic Paste
1 Tomato
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
Pinch Of Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Curd
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4th Tsp Water
1 Tbsp Ginger Juliennes
2 Green Chillies
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves

Steps
1. Heat 4 Tbsp Oil in a wok, add Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, chopped Onion and Ginger. Saute it for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
2. Add 500gms Chicken, Salt and Garlic Paste. Fry everything on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
3. Now lower the flame, add sliced Tomato, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Flakes, Coriander Powder and Turmeric Powder. Mix everything well and fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes until all the masalas are well combined. Cover the wok with the lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes on low flame.
4. Keep checking the gravy in between so that it does not stick to the bottom. Add Curd and Black Pepper Powder. Mix it well. Increase the flame to high and roast the Chicken for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add 1/4th cup Water, Ginger Julliness, Green Chillies, Garam Masala Powder and Dried Fenugreek Leaves. Mix it well. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
6. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve the Ginger Chicken with Tandoori Naan.
