Grape Juice/ Sharbat Recipe
Ingredients
1/4th cup Sugar
1/2 kg Black Grapes
2 small pieces of Ginger
12-15 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Chat Masala
1/4th teaspoon Roasted and Crushed Cumin powder

Steps
Firstly, lets prepare the sugar syrup.
Take 1/4th cup of sugar in a saucepan, add 1/2 a cup of water, cook till the sugar melts and keep stirring.
When the sugar completely melts then reduce the flame and cook for 1-2 minutes, then off the flame.
Strain the sugar syrup and keep aside.
Soak 1 tbsp of basil seeds in half a cup of water for 15 minutes.
Take half kg of black grapes and wash it thoroughly to remove all the dirt and pesticides and germs on it.
After washing add these black grapes to the blender add 15-20 mint leaves, 2 small pieces of ginger,1/2 tsp chat masala, 1/4th tsp roasted and crushed cumin powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 cup of water now blend all these ingredients with the Grapes in a mixture till smooth mixture.
After grinding it strain the mixture and discard the pulp.
Then add some chopped mint leaves, sugar syrup, soaked basil seeds, some pieces of ice or cold water and mix it.
Your Black Grape juice sharbat is ready to serve.
