Ingredients for Green Chicken Karahi Street Style Recipe

2 Cups Coriander

1 Cup Mint Leaves

5 Green Chillies

1/2 Cup Curd

1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder

1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder

1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder

1/4th Tsp White Pepper Powder

2 Tbsp Fresh Cream

3-4 Tbsp Oil

1 Bay Leaf

1 Pc Cinnamon

2 Cloves

2 Green Cardamom

1/2 Kg Chicken

1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Salt

1 Cup Water

Steps for Green Chicken Karahi Street Style Recipe

1. Make a fine paste of Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chillies and Curd.

2. Add Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder and Fresh Cream. Mix it well.

3. Heat 3-4 Tbsp Oil in a wok, put Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom and sauté it for a minute.

4. Put 500gms Chicken, Ginger Garlic paste and Salt. Fry the Chicken for 5-7 minutes on high flame.

5. Cover the wok with the lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes on low flame.

6. After 12 minutes, the chicken is cooked properly and tender.

7. Add the Green paste in the Chicken and 1 Cup Water. Add 2-3 Green Chillies and mix it well. Keep the flame high and let it boil.

8. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.

9. After 7 minutes the gravy is ready to serve and oil is separated too.

10. Serve Green Chicken Karahi Street Style with Rice or Parathas.
