Ingredients for Instant Chicken Fry Recipe

4 Chicken Drumstick

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 ½ Tsp Green Chillies chopped

½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder

1 Tsp Lemon Juice

1 cup Instant Oats

½ Tsp Garlic Powder

¾ Tsp Salt

½ Tsp Oregano

½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder

¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder

All Purpose Flour

2 Beaten Eggs

Steps for Instant Chicken Fry Recipe

1. In a wok take 4 Chicken drumstick, add Salt , Ginger Garlic Paste, chopped Green Chillies, Garam Masala Powder and Lemon Juice.

2. Cover with the lid and let it cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.

3. Take 1 cup Oats, add Garlic Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder and mix it well.

4. After 10 minutes, Chicken is cooked properly. Remove in a plate and let it cool down.

5. Coat the Chicken drumstick in All Purpose Flour, dip in the Beaten Egg and lastly coat it with the Oats mixture.

6. Heat Olive Oil in the wok, put Chicken drumstick for deep fry on medium flame for 4-5 minutes until golden in color.

7. Serve hot and juicy Chicken Fry with Tomato Ketchup.
