1/4th Cup Coriander
1/4th Cup Mint Leaves
3 Green Chillies
2 Tbsp Fried Onion
1 Slice Of Bread
250 gms Mutton Mince
Salt
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tsp Oil
3-4 Tbsp Oil
2 Cinnamon
3 Green Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 Onion
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Puree Of 3 Tomatoes

1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Oil
1 Cup Water
2-3 Green Chillies
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
3 Tbsp Curd

Steps
1. In a chopper put Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chillies, Fried Onion and Slice of Bread. Grind everything finely.
2. Add 250 gms Mutton Mince, Salt, Garam Masala Powder, Chilli Flakes, Lemon Juice and Ginger Garlic Paste. Grind it again finely. Mixture need to be tight (If the kebab mixture is a bit too sticky or loose you can add 1-2Tsp of roasted Gram flour).
3. Add 2 Tsp Oil in the Kebab mixture. Cover and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
4. Heat 3-4 Tbsp Oil in a wok, put Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Cloves and chopped Onion. Saute it for a minute.
5. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté it for 1-2 minutes until rawness smell disappears.
6. Add Puree Of 3 Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Flakes, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder and Cumin Powder. Let it boil on high flame.
7. Once it starts boiling, cover with the lid and let it cook for 7-8 minutes on low flame.
8. Heat 1 Tsp Oil in a pan, make a kebab shape of the marinated Mixture and fry it for a minute on high flame. Later cover with the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. After 3 minutes flip the kebab and fry from all the sides.
9. After 8 minutes, the tomatoes and Masala are cooked properly. Increase the flame and add 1 Cup Water. Let it boil for a while.
10. Lower the flame; add 2-3 Green Chillies, Garam Masala Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves and Curd. Keep stirring on high flame and let it boil for a minute.
11. Add the fried Seekh Kebab and let it cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
12. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Kebab Karahi is ready to serve.
