1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin
Piece Of Coal
250 gms Mutton Mince
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
10-12 Garlic
1 Piece Ginger
7-8 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Oil
1 Egg
Coriander Leaves
Spring Onions
1 Onion
Mint Leaves
8 Slices Of Bread
1/2 Cup Milk

Steps
1. In a Pan, roast Coriander Seeds and Cumin on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool down and later grind the Spices coarsely.
2. Meanwhile heat the coal and Marinate 250gms Mutton mince with Lemon Juice, Salt, Garam Masala Powder, grinded Spices, chopped Garlic, chopped Ginger, chopped Green Chillies and Chilli Flakes.
3. Mix everything well so that all the spices are properly combined with mince Mutton and make a well in the centre of the mixture, by pushing a glass or steel cup into it. Place the hot coal inside the cup. Pour a spoon of ghee on the coal. It will begin to smoke. Immediately cover with the lid for 5-7 minutes to get a smoked tandoori flavour. Keep it aside for 2 hours.
4. Add 1 Egg, chopped Coriander Leaves, chopped Spring Onion, Onion, Mint Leaves, small pieces of Slice Bread, Milk and Salt. Mix everything well.
5. Grease your palm with oil, take small dough of the mixture and start pressing it gently with the palm in a round shape.
6. Meanwhile we have heated oil for frying and put the Cutlets. Fry until it turns golden in color on both the side.
7. Cutlets are crispy from outside and tender from inside.
8. Serve Juicy and Tender Keema Cutlets with Green chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
