Ingredients
• 300 gms minced chicken
• 2 tbsp processed cheese
• 2 tbsp fresh cream
• 1 & ½ tbsp dry watermelon seeds
• 1 & ½ tbsp cashew nuts
• ½ tsp cardamom powder
• ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
• 3-4 crushed green chillies
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• some ice cream sticks
• oil for frying
Steps
1. To start preparation, wash and dry the chicken and then mince it.
2. Then prepare a fine powder of the dry watermelon seeds and the cashew nuts in a mixer.
3. In a large bowl, add in the minced chicken, processed cheese, fresh cream, water melon seed and cashew nut powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, crushed green chillies, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Mix until well combined. Let this mixture rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
4. Grease both palms with oil and then make balls out of the marinated chicken. Flatten the bowl slightly and then place an ice cream stick in the centre. Mould the chicken mixture around the icecream stick gently to give it the shape of a kulfi.
5. To fry, heat some oil in a pan. Turn the flame to medium and put in the kulfi chicken one by one.
6. Fry until golden brown on both the sides. Serve.
