1 cup Semolina- 180 gms
Half cup Curd-100 gms
Half cup of Water
Half teaspoon Oregano
Half teaspoon Chili Flakes
4 cloves of Garlic
1/4th cup Water
Half teaspoon Salt
Onion
Sweet Corn
Tomatoes
Capsicum
Oregano

Steps
Wash and chop the capsicum into small pieces, chop the tomatoes only the outer skin remove the pulp. Similarly chop the onion, boil the sweet corn keep all these ingredients ready to make the pizza.
To prepare the dough mixture for the base:
Take 1 cup semolina in a bowl use fine semolina add 100 gms curds that is half cup, Half cup of water and mix it with a whisker to make a smooth mixture.
Then cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes so that the semolina puffs up.
After 15 minutes mix the mixture of the semolina, you will see that the semolina has soaked up all the moisture and the mixture has turned dry.
Then add half tsp oregano, Half tsp chili flakes, grated 4 cloves of garlic, mix the mixture by adding little water to get a pouring consistency, not too thin or not too thick.
Mix it well with a spoon for 2 to 3 minutes to make the mixture light and fluffy. Then add half teaspoon salt mix it well.
Heat a pan, spray some oil on it then put a round ring on the pan to make small round mini pizza.
Then pour a spoonful of semolina mixture into the ring to get round pizza base, let it cook on medium to low flame for 2 to 3 minutes till light golden brown and crispy.
Then remove the ring, turn the semolina round pizza, let it cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes, apply some tomato ketchup on the upper base.
Then sprinkle some amount of grated cheese over the sauce layer.
Now place the chopped capsicum, sweet corns, tomatoes and onions as much as you like on the cheese layer.
Spread some more grated cheese on top.
Sprinkle some oregano and red chilly flakes. Cover and cook it till the cheese melts.
Make the pizzas with the remaining semolina mixture in the same manner.
Serve it immediately with your favourite sauce or dip.
