150 gms Boneless Chicken
Half teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste
Half teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Corn Flour
Half teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon Oil
1/4th teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Refined Flour
Half cup Milk
1/4th teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
Less than 1/4th teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Fresh Cream
2 teaspoon Oil

Red and Green Bell Pepper

Steps
Cut the bell peppers into small pieces, same with the olives also, grate the cheese, boil sweet corns prepare all these things and keep aside for further use to make the burger toast.
First you have to marinate the chicken. Take 150 grams boneless chicken Wash it and cut it into small pieces.
Marinate it by adding half tsp ginger-garlic paste, half tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp corn flour, half tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp oil mix it well and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Second you have to prepare the sauce. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add 1 tbsp refined flour, keep the flame low stir it for 2 minutes then add 1 cup of milk i.e. 125 ml milk.
Now on low flame mix it well with the help of a whisker, so that no lumps are formed, let it boil on low flame add 1/4th tsp Crushed black pepper, less than 1/4th tsp salt, keep stirring it for 2 minutes.
Now the sauce will start thickening add 1 tbsp fresh cream, by adding this sauce will become soft and creamy. Mix it well then off the flame. Keep the sauce aside to cool down.
Third you have to cook the chicken. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken stir it and fry on high flame for 3-4 minutes. Then cover and cook it on low flame for 4 minutes till the chicken is done and dry.
Take wheat burger bun, cut it horizontally into two equal halves. You will get 2 open buns, then apply the prepared white sauce on and then place some chicken pieces on it, add some grated cheese, some bell peppers of both colours, some sweet corns and spread pieces of olives, again put some grated cheese it will all look so wonderful and colorful.
Sprinkle some chili flakes, mixed herbs on top of it.
From 2 wheat Burger buns you can make 4 open burger cheese toast.
You can bake it in an oven or toast it in a frying pan, make it as you like.
Serve it immediately with tomato ketchup or the Tabasco sauce.

Tips *If you do not have burger buns you can also make on bread slice. *This can also be cooked on tava if you do not have oven. *You can use finely chopped french beans if you like.
