Tips *Refrigerating the pudding for a more extended period of time may result in a dry pudding. To prevent this, soak the bread slices with a generous amount of the custard and cream mixture. * If the pudding remains dry, add a hot milk or cream splash to retain moisture. Cover the dish with foil paper and allow the custard mixture to soften the bread slices. *While cooking the custard, keep the heat to medium-low and keep stirring to achieve a smooth consistency. *If you have trouble setting the pudding, leave it overnight in the refrigerator. Allowing the pudding to chill longer will help the dessert firm up nicely.
