Ingredients
500 gm Boneless Chicken
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt To Taste
1 Tsp White Vinegar
1 Egg
1 & ½ Tbsp Corn Flour
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp White Pepper Powder
Salt To Taste
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Steps
1) Cut the chicken into bite size cubes. Wash and pat dry.
2) To the chicken, Add red chilli powder, Ginger garlic paste, salt, white vinegar, egg and corn flour. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
3) In a bowl, Mix All purpose flour with panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, white pepper powder, salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes.
4) Coat the marinated chicken with the dry mixture ( Refer to point 3 )
5) Put aside the coated chicken in the fridge for an hour.
6) Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken till golden brown. Chicken Popcorn is ready.
