KURKURE CHICKEN RECIPE
Ingredients
• 350 gms boneless chicken
• 1 & ½ tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 2 tbsp oil
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1 egg
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup corn flour
• salt to taste
• panko bread crumbs
• oil for frying
Steps
1. First, we will cut the chicken into thin, long strips.
2. To marinate the chicken, take the following ingredients in a bowl: chicken pieces, chilli powder, chilli flakes, 2 tbsp oil, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar, an egg, all purpose flour, corn flour and some salt. Mix them all well using some water (2-3 tbsp). Let it marinate for around an hour in the refrigerator.
3. Take out the marinated chicken pieces and coat them in panko bread crumbs one by one. Lightly roll them out on a chopping board after coating to make sure the bread crumbs stick.
4. To fry, heat some oil in a pan. Lower the flame and add in the chicken pieces one by one.
5. Fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel and serve.
