Russian Kababs
Ingredients
 500 gms Boneless Chicken
 Salt
 2 Cardamom
 15-20 Black Pepper
 5-6 Cloves
 2-3 Cinnamon
 2 Eggs
 Onion Chopped
 Spring onions chopped
 Coriander Leaves
 1tsp White pepper powder
 3-4 Green chillies chopped
 Mint leaves
 1 cup milk
 1tbsp corn flour
 1tbsp butter
 1 cup cheese
 White Flour
 2-3 Well beaten eggs
 Bread-crumbs
Steps
1. Boil and Shred Chicken, Retain one Cup stock and keep aside. Add some butter in a fry pan and wait for it to melt. Then add onions and wait till they become soft.
2. Add 1 cup of milk, salt and white pepper powder, and wait till the milk boils. (Tip: If incase white pepper powder isn’t available, black pepper powder can be used). Keep this mixture aside.
3. In the chicken stock, add 3-4 tbsp. corn flour and stir well.
4. Add this mixture in the fry pan and stir continuously while adding the corn flour-chicken stock mixture. Stir until the mixture becomes thick.
5. Add 1 well beaten egg in this mixture. Now add the shredded chicken and stir well. Now turn off the flame.
6. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.
7. Kebabs can now be prepared from this mixture. In a bowl add this mixture along with mint leaves, chopped coriander, chopped spring onions, chopped green chillies, chilli flakes and 2 tbsp. cheese.
8. Mix the contents well.
9. Grease your hands and make the kebabs.
10. Dip these kebabs in white flour, well beaten eggs and lastly in bread-crumbs. These kebabs are now ready to be fried.
11. In a frying pan heat oil and deep fry the kebabs until it turns brown. (End color is brown, the outer layer is crisp but it’s very soft and cheesy from the inside).
