One of our favorite Chicken grilled recipe. It is a Southeast Asian dish of seasoned, skewered and grilled Chicken serve with full of flavored sauce.

Satay Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Cornflour
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
Salt
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4th Tsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp Vinegar
1/4th Tsp White Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
250gms Boneless Chicken
1 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1/4th Tsp White Pepper Powder
1/4th Tsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp Vinegar
Oil For Frying
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Water
1/4th Tsp Cornflour + 3 Tbsp Water
Steps
1. For Marinating- In a large bowl take Egg, Cornflour, All Purpose Flour, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder Soya Sauce, Vinegar, White Pepper Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste and Schezwan Sauce. Mix everything properly.
2. Add 250 gms Boneless Chicken cubes, mix and keep it aside for one hour.
3. In a bowl take Schezwan Sauce, Ketchup, White Pepper Powder, Soya Sauce and Vinegar. Mix all the sauces.
4. Keep the skewers in water for 15 minutes. This will prevent the skewers from burning.Now weave the chicken onto skewers
5. Meanwhile we have kept oil for frying. Once the oil is heated, put the chicken for frying on low flame.
6. When it is cooked from one side flip on the other side.
7. In a pan take 1 Tbsp oil, put chopped garlic and saute until it turn golden in color.
8. Pour the mixed Sauces, Water and Saute it for a while on low flame. Add the mixture of corn flour and water in it. Corn flour helps to make the consistency thick.
9. Saute the mixture on low flame and let it boil. Now place the Chicken on the sauces. Keep the flame low and Coat the chicken with sauces evenly on both the side.
10. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot and tasty Satay Chicken as a starter.
