Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Cheese Melt Recipe

2 Tsp Oil

1 Tsp Chopped Garlic

1 Onion

100gm Chicken

1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Salt

1 Tbsp Water

1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 Tbsp Ketchup

1/4th Tsp Soya Sauce

1/2 Tsp Vinegar

1/2 Capsicum

2 Tbsp Spring Onions

Multigrain Loaf

1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Crushed Black Pepper

Cheese

Coriander Leaves

Green Chillies

Butter For Creasing

Steps for Spicy Chicken Cheese Melt Recipe

1. Heat 2 Tsp Oil in a pan. Add chopped Garlic and Onion, sauté it for a minute.

2. Add 100gm Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste and Salt. Fry everything for 2 minutes on high flame. Later cover with the lid and let it cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add Water and Red Chilli Powder. Mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes (If required keep adding water).

4. Add Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar, Capsicum and Spring Onions. Cook it for 1-2 minutes on low flame. Later off the flame.

5. Take a Multigrain Loaf and cut into slices. In a Chicken mixture, add Mayonnaise and mix well.

6. Spread the Chicken mixture on the slices evenly. Sprinkle grated Cheese, chopped Coriander Leaves and Green Chillies.

7. Grease the pan with Butter and place the Bread slices.

8. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame until cheese melts. Spicy Chicken Cheese Melt is ready to serve.
