This tortilla wrap is inspired by the popular Tiktok viral video. Everyone loved to have pizza which is twisted into a form of Wrap. A perfect and easy snack for kids lunchboxes.

Tortilla Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

125 gms All Purpose Flour
1/4th Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
100 gms Paneer
1/2 Tsp Tikka Masala
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt
1/2 Tsp Oil
2 Tbsp Corn
1 Onion
1/2 Cup Capsicum
1/2 Tsp Oil
Olives
Mozzarella Cheese
Oregano & Chilli Flakes

Steps

1. Take 125 gms All Purpose Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder and Salt. Keep adding warm Water little by little and make soft dough.
2. Cover the dough with damp cloth and keep it aside for half hour.
3. In a bowl take 100gms Paneer cubes, add Tikka Masala, Red Chilli Powder and Salt. Mix it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
4. Heat 1/2 Tsp Oil in a pan, add Corn and sauté it for a minute. Add sliced Onion and Capsicum. Fry everything on medium flame for a minute. Remove the sautéed vegetables in a plate.
5. In the same pan, heat 1/2 Tsp Oil and put the paneer. Saute it on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Remove the sautéed Paneer in a plate.
6. Take a small portion of the dough and make a thin Roti of it. Cook the Roti from both the side.
7. Start with a slit from the one edge to the middle of the tortilla. Apply the Pizza and pasta sauce in the lower right quarter.
8. Add Paneer to the next quarter. Lastly Add sautéed vegetable to the third quarter side. Put olives on the vegetables.
9. Finish it off with some grated Mozzarella Cheese. Sprinkle Oregano & Chilli Flakes all over it.
10. Fold the first quarter over the second one. Fold the second quarter over the third quarter.
11. Finish off folding the last quarter so you have a triangle.
12. Heat the grill pan and spray some Olive Oil. Place the Tortilla Wrap on the pan. Grill it properly from both the side until cheese melts.
13. Serve tasty and cheesy Tortilla Wrap for evening snacks.
