Minced Chicken
2 Green Chillies
2 teaspoons coarsely grounded Coriander Seeds
Fresh Coriander
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
2 teaspoon Soya Sauce
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Half teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 teaspoon Clarified Butter
Half teaspoon Salt
3 medium Potatoes
Half teaspoon Salt
Half teaspoon Chaat Masala
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
Coriander Leaves
1 Pav
Cheese Slice
2 Eggs
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Milk
Refined Flour

Steps
Take boneless chicken wash and grind it in the chopper to minced chicken.
Mix all the ingredients properly and marinate for 30 minutes.
Take 3 medium boiled potatoes grate then add half teaspoon salt, half teaspoon Chaat masala, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, some chopped coriander leaves mix it well and keep aside.
Soak one pav in water for 5 minutes and then squeeze all the excess water from the pav and add this pav to the chicken mixture in mix it well.
Take a small ball from the chicken mixture shape it in a square flat cutlet, you can give any shape of you choice round, square, oval. Take one cheese slice make four square pieces out of it.
Place this 1/4th cheese slice on the chicken cutlet and in the same manner prepare all the cutlets with slice cheese on top of it and keep aside.
Then in the same way make flat square cutlets of the potato mixture and place the cutlet potato cutlet on the cheese, now so it will become three layer cutlet, give it a proper square shape so that all the three layers are in a line.
First roll the cutlets in refined flour, then dip them in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs and again dip the edges of the cutlet in eggs. As the cheese slice may get melted, while frying and ooze out, so double coating of eggs is safe.
Coat all the cutlets in the same manner and place it in a dish, at this point you can store them in the freezer for weeks.
Heat a kadai with oil for frying, the oil should not be too hot, fry these cutlets on medium to low flame as the minced chicken is raw, so fry them on medium to low flame for 5 to 7 minutes on each side keep turning on both the sides till golden brown and crispy.
Serve it hot with green chutney.

Tips *Use thigh pieces of boneless chicken for best results. *Adjust the chili in the minced chicken and in the potatoes as per your taste.
