Ingredients
3-4 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Onion
2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Puree of 3 Tomatoes
Salt
2-3 Tbsp Water
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
½ Tsp Cumin
5-6 Black Peppercorns
1 Tsp Roasted Gram Powder
3 Potatoes
1 Cup Green Peas
1 Cup Water
1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves

Steps
1. Heat 3-4 Tbsp Oil in a cooker pan, put Cumin, chopped Onion, chopped Garlic and sauté it on high flame until golden brown in colour.
2. Add Red Chilli Powder and sauté on low flame for a minute. Now add Tomato Puree, Salt, Water, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Turmeric Powder. Cook on high flame for a minute. Cover with the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles on high flame.
3. In a small pan, take Coriander Seeds, Cumin and Black Peppercorns. Roast it on low flame for 2 minutes.
4. Crush all the roasted spices in Mortar & Pestle. Add Roasted gram Powder in the crushed spices.
5. Open the pressure cooker, tomato is cooked properly and oil is separated too.
6. Put 3 Potatoes, Green Peas, Water and mix it well. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles on high flame.
7. After 3 minutes open the lid and keep the flame low. Add the roasted spices, Dried Fenugreek Leaves and Coriander Leaves in the gravy.
8. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
9. After 3 minutes, Aloo Matar ki Sabzi is ready to serve.
