Ingredients
2 Cups Fresh Fenugreek Leaves
10 Cloves Garlic
5 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger Piece
Some Coriander Leaves
500 gms Potatoes boiled and mashed
400 gms Wheat Flour
3 Tbsp Curd
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Chat Masala
1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Roasted and ground Cumin
Salt to Taste
Steps
Take a chopper and add in it Fresh Fenugreek leaves (Methi), garlic, chillies, coriander, and ginger. Finely chop them.
Take a vessel to make the dough for the parathas.
Add boiled and mashed potatoes to wheat flour, add some curd, oil, chat masala, chilli flakes, roasted powdered cumin, salt to taste. Also add the finely chopped methi and its ingredients that we chopped earlier along with some lemon juice. Do not add any water at this point just mix and make a nice dough. Cover it with a cloth and keep it for about 10 minutes. Then make the parathas.
Mix all the ingredients together and leave it for about an hour Add the remaining ingredients like mint leaves gram flour onions and green chillies into the bowl. 4. Take a pan and roast the parathas on a medium flame. Do not roast on high flame. Spread some ghee or olive oil or butter over it.
