Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• salt to taste
• 2 green chilli chopped
• 1 tomato
• few coriander leaves chopped
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1/4 cup grated cheese
• Bread
Steps
1. In a big bowl, break the eggs. Add in milk, salt, chopped green chilli, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, butter and chilli flakes. Beat the mixture well.
2. Heat a pan, put the flame on low and pour in the egg mix. Keep stirring the mixture on low flame for 2-3 mins. Add cheese for enhanced flavour (if you want).
3. Keep stirring till it is cooked
4. To serve, toast bread slices and serve scrambled eggs along with it
