Ingredients
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
Salt
1 Tsp Oil
1 Tbsp Curd
1 Tsp Oil
1 Onion
1/2 Capsicum
2-3 Tbsp Cabbage
1 Tsp Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
2 Eggs
Salt
1/2 Tsp Ghee
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Ketchup
Green Chillies
Chaat Masala
Lemon Juice
Steps
1. Take 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour, 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour, Salt, Oil and Curd. Make soft dough of it. Cover with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa. Place the rolled Paratha on a hot tawa and let it cook from both the sides.
3. Heat 1 Tsp Oil in a wok, put sliced Onion, Capsicum, Cabbage and sauté it on high flame for a minute.
4. Off the flame, add Chilli sauce and Chaat Masala. Mix it well.
5. Take 2 Eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat it properly. In a pan, heat ½ Tsp Ghee, pour the egg and once it start cooking slightly place the Paratha on it.
6. After a minute, apply Ghee on the Paratha and flip it. Cook from both the side properly.
7. In a small bowl, take 2 Tsp Mayonnaise and 1 Tbsp Ketchup. Mix it well.
8. Apply the prepared Mayonnaise on the Egg Paratha, Salad, chopped Green Chillies and squeeze few drop of lemon juice. Roll the Parathas.
9. Serve Tasty Anda Paratha Roll with Tomato Ketchup for breakfast.
