BREAD OMLETTE

1 10-15 minutes approx

This omlette is super delicious, crunchy snack usually liked and preferred for breakfast. Children will love this awesome bread omlette.

Ingredients for BREAD OMLETTE

3 eggs

1 Onion (chopped)

Half Tomato chopped seedless

2 Green Chillies (chopped)

Fresh Coriander (chopped)

Salt

Black Pepper crushed

Oil

Butter

Bread slices

Steps for BREAD OMLETTE

Take a bowl, crack the eggs in it, add onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander, black pepper, salt and mix it well.

Then transfer this mixture in a flat dish.

Take bread slice and dip in the egg mixture properly as the slice should soak in the egg.

Then in a pan heat little oil along with butter and put the dipped slice in it and toast each side.

Serve it with ketchup or any dip.
