Egg and paratha is a delicious combo and oftentimes they are my go-to meal for the busy mornings. Easy on the stomach and packed with protein, vitamins and minerals- it is a wholesome breakfast deal that starts your day with a nutritious kick! Ready to grab your favorite frying pan or skillet and take those parathas out of the freezer or make some paratha by using whole wheat flour or refined flour? You can also have other variations for making cheese parathas instead of using eggs. For making cheese stuffed paratha, you can use different variations such as mashed potato, cauliflower, spinach, mushrooms, chicken, and beef. You can also use various cheese flavors like mozzarella, gouda, and cheddar cheese. I use mixed cheese and eggs to make this cheesy egg paratha.
