As much as I love preparing this breakfast, I am always looking for ways to improvise and make the cooking process simpler and tastier. So, one day I decided to mix things up by tossing eggs and paratha together and rolling it all in a cheesy delicious wrap! The result? Let me introduce you to my new morning favorite—cheesy egg paratha. It is so delicious that it practically kicks my morning grogginess away and gets the day started on a high note!

Why make two dishes when you can combine them into one? Skip the separate frying and cook your paratha and egg in one delicious wrap! It is called cheese paratha.
Egg and paratha is a delicious combo and oftentimes they are my go-to meal for the busy mornings. Easy on the stomach and packed with protein, vitamins and minerals- it is a wholesome breakfast deal that starts your day with a nutritious kick!
Ready to grab your favorite frying pan or skillet and take those parathas out of the freezer or make some paratha by using whole wheat flour or refined flour? You can also have other variations for making cheese parathas instead of using eggs.
For making cheese stuffed paratha, you can use different variations such as mashed potato, cauliflower, spinach, mushrooms, chicken, and beef. You can also use various cheese flavors like mozzarella, gouda, and cheddar cheese. I use mixed cheese and eggs to make this cheesy egg paratha.

Ingredients
250 ml Milk
2 Eggs
Half teaspoon Salt
Half teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 medium Onion
1 medium Tomato
2 green Chillies
Fresh Coriander
One and a half cup Refined Flour
Half cup Water
Oil
Egg
Salt and Pepper
Cheese Slice
Mozzarella Cheese
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Fresh Coriander
Steps
In a pot add 250 ml milk, 2 eggs, half teaspoon salt, half teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 medium chopped onion, 1 medium chopped seedless tomato, two chopped green chillies, freshly chopped coriander, then add one and a half cup refined flour gradually mix it well the batter will become thick so add half cup water mix it then cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat a tawa pour a little oil or ghee on it, pour 2 spoonfuls of the batter and spread it evenly to make a semi thick paratha.
Let it cook it on one side for 2 minutes on low to medium flame, drizzle a little oil or ghee on the paratha then flip it to the other side.
Then break an egg and pour the egg on the paratha, sprinkle some salt and pepper on it, mix it gently and cover the tawa and let the egg cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
After the egg is cooked drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee on it, then carefully flip the paratha and let the egg cook thoroughly from the bottom drizzle some ghee or oil if required cook on low to medium flame for 1 minute.
Then again flip the paratha and spread cheese slice and some mozzarella cheese on the half side of the paratha, sprinkle some Oregano, Chilli flakes, fresh coriander and fold the paratha into half.
Cover and cook till the cheese melts then flip on other side and cook for a minute then off the flame.
Remove it in a dish and cut it into pieces like pizza.
Serve it with mint chutney, Ketchup or salad.

Tips * If you want to make this Paratha in a high protein you can double the quantity of eggs. * If you like spicy you can increase the number of Chillies. * If you prefer wheat flour you can use it instead of refined flour.
