Cheesy Chicken Samosa Recipe

Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken Samosa Recipe

1 Tsp Butter

1 Tsp Garlic chopped

1 Onion

250 gms Chicken cube boneless

2 Green chillis

1/2 Tsp Ginger garlic paste

1 Tsp Lemon juice

1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes

1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala

1 Capsicum

Pinch of Garam masala powder

Processed cheese- 1 cup

Spring onion greens

8-10 Switz Samosa patti

All purpose flour slurry

Steps for Cheesy Chicken Samosa Recipe

1. Take a pan and heat in slow to medium flame than add butter, add chopped garlic and cook for half a minute.

2. Add Onion and saute until soft. Add Chicken, Green Chilli, Ginger Garlic paste and Salt. Increase the flame and fry the chicken. Cover and cook for 2/3 minutes.

3. Dry the mixture add Lemon Juice, Red Chilli Powder, Chilli Flakes and Chaat Masala. Add Capsium and mix it well.

4. Add a pinch of Garam Masala powder and increase the flame until dry out completely. Off the flame and let the mixture cool down

5. In the chicken mixture, add Cheese and Spring Onion Greens. Mix it well.

6. Take a layer of the Switz Samosa patti, fold from one corner into a triangle shape and fold again.

7. Add the filling into the formed pocket. Roll the top of the patti onto the samosa & seal with the remaining patti using a thick All Purpose Flour slurry. Seal it well from all the sides.

8. Heat the oil to a medium and fry the Samosa till Crisp.

9. Serve crispy and cheesy Chicken Samosa with Green chutney.
