Steps for Cheesy Chicken Tikka Pockets Recipe

1. In a wok heat 1 Tbsp Oil add Boneless Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt and fry for 1-2 minutes on high flame. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

2. Add Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder and Lemon Juice. Mix it well and cook for 1 minute on low flame.

3. Add 1 chopped Onion, Green Chilly and Coriander Leaves. Let it cook for 1 minute on low flame. Off the flame.

4. Take 1 cup All Purpose Flour and make a soft dough of it. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

5. Add 1/4th cup grated Cheese in the Chicken Mixture. Make a round small Roti of the dough.

6. Fill the Chicken mixture in the centre. Fold it from all the side and make a Pocket shape.

7. Heat the oil in the pan. Once the oil is heated, put all the Pockets for fry at medium flame. When one side turns golden brown, flip and fry the other side.

8. Serve Juicy and Tasty Cheesy Chicken Tikka Pockets with Tomato Sauce and Chutney.
