Ingredients
1 & 1/4th cup Water
2 tablespoon Rice Flour
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar
Half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Light Soya Sauce
4 tablespoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic chopped
3 tablespoon Butter
Green of Spring Onion
Fresh Coriander
2 teaspoon Garlic chopped
Half teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4th teaspoon Salt
Mozzarella Cheese
Oregano
Chilli Fakes
Fresh Coriander
Greens of Spring Onion
Long bread or slice bread (any bread of your choice)
Steps
First step is to prepare Gochujang paste.
In a Kadai add 1/4th cup water, 2 tablespoon rice flour, 2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar, half teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon light soya sauce, 4 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder mix it well to avoid lumps with a whisker.
Heat this mixture on low flame, keep it stirring with a spoon, add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic and keep stirring, cook on low flame for 8 to 9 minutes till the mixture turns thick.
Then off the flame and let it cool.
Gochujang paste is ready. Use as much as required and then you can store this paste in the refrigerator in a jar for further use.
Second step is to prepare the butter garlic paste.
In a bowl add 3 tablespoon butter, some greens of spring onion, fresh chopped coriander, 2 teaspoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon gochujang paste, half teaspoon black pepper, 1/4th teaspoon salt mix it well with the help of a fork.
Your garlic paste is ready.
Take a loaf of bread, apply this garlic mixture evenly on the Bread, if the bread is too thick apply more mixture.
Cover the bread with the mixture, top it with grated mozzarella cheese now your garlic bread is ready to bake.
Third step is to bake the bread.
Put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 10 to 12 minutes till the cheese is caramelized then remove it from the oven.
You can bake this garlic bread in a non stick pan also.
Preheat a pan apply some butter to the pan with the help of a brush and then place these garlic bread in the pan, cover it and cook on low flame till the cheese melts and the base is crisp.
Then remove it and sprinkle some Chilli flakes, some oregano, and some chopped coriander and serve hot with ketchup or mayonnaise.

Tips * Use fresh bread always for making garlic bread. *Use the butter at room temperature so that your butter garlic paste is more smooth and fluffy.
