Chicken Boti Kabab is an Indian Chicken Kabab recipe that is made with marinated boneless pieces of chicken that are fried cooked until just tender & juicy.
You can make Chicken Boti Kabab on a griddle or Tawa, in an oven, air fryer or grill.

250 grams Chicken
1 and half teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoon freshly Grounded Coriander Seeds
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
Half teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
3 tablespoon Curd
Half teaspoon Salt
Half Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon Oil
2 Bread Slices
Half cup Onion
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Green of Spring Onion
2 Green Chillies
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Chat Masala
2 tablespoon Bajri Flour
Little Salt
Steps
Wash and dry 250 grams chicken, cut them into small pieces, then add 1 and half teaspoon chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger, 2 teaspoon freshly grounded coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon garam masala powder, 3 tablespoon curd, half teaspoon salt, half lemon juice, 2 teaspoon oil ,mix all these spices with the chicken boti properly. Then to give a smokey flavour to the kababs place a small Katori in between the chicken pieces place a burning coal into the Katori and pour some drops of oil on it, cover it with the lid and keep it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
You can keep it for longer time if you want, you can marinate it overnight and keep in the fridge if you have time.
Take 2 bread slices, break them into small pieces and then grind them in a mixer.
Take a big bowl add half cup chopped onions, some chopped mint and coriander leaves, some chopped green of spring onions, 2 chopped green chillies, 1egg, 1 teaspoon chat masala, 2 tablespoon bajri flour, little salt then add the grinded bread into this and then add the Marinated chicken pieces to it and combine the mixture of chicken and these ingredients together.
Now heat oil in a kadai to deep fry these kababs, when the oil is hot pick up one chicken boti from the mixture of chicken and put it in the oil, do not turn it immediately let it try for a minute and then turn them as they might break.
Deep fry them on medium to low flame for 5 to 6 minutes and you will see your chicken boti kebabs will get a crispy crunch and good texture after frying.
Serve it hot with pav, green chutney, onion rings and lemon wedges.
