Chicken Cheese Bursts Disc
Ingredients
1 teaspoon of Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Dry Instant Yeast
1/2 cup Milk -150 ml
2 cups -250 to 300 grams Refined Flour
Chicken Mince- 150 grams
1/2 teaspoon Soya Sauce
Little Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Butter
1 tablespoon Onion chopped
Fresh Coriander
1/4th teaspoon Black Pepper powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Mozzarella cheese and Processed Cheese

Steps
1. Making of the dough;
In a big bowl take 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp oil, 1 teaspoon dry yeast, add half cup milk to it, mix it with the spoon till the sugar melts.
We are using instant yeast so there is no need to keep the yeast for blooming, you can knead the dough immediately.
Then add 2 cups of refined flour 250 grams, knead it with your hands to make a soft dough if needed add some water .
Apply some oil on the dough, cover it and let it rest in a warm place for 1-2 hours. It should rise almost twice of its size.
Take 150 gms Chicken Keema, 1 tsp soya sauce, half tsp ginger-garlic paste, a little salt, 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, some chopped coriander leaves and mix all these spices with the Chicken Keema.
Cover it and let it marinate it for 15 minutes.
2. Preparation of dough:
Check the dough, punch it and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes, then divide into 4 equal parts.
Make a ball of each portion, cover it for 10 minutes to rise again .
By the time the dough balls are resting; make 4 balls out of the Chicken Keema mixture in a round shape of the same size and keep it aside.
Make a medium size roti of one ball, then take some grated Mozzarella and processed cheese and arrange it on the round roti, leave the corners of the roti, make a circle of the cheese on it, then turn the edges of the Roti to cover the cheese and make a round disc.
Prepare the remaining disc in the same manner.
Place the Chicken Keema ball in the middle of the disc and press a little. Your Chicken cheese Burst is ready to bake.
Take a baking tray, place parchment paper on it, grease the paper with ghee and place the prepared disc on this tray .
Cover the disc with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, beat one egg, apply some egg mixture on the upper surface of each disc with a brush to get a good brown colour.
If you do not eat eggs you can apply milk .
Place the tray in a preheated oven and bake it for 150 -180 degree celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot with ketchup or any dip.
