Ingredients
2 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
1 tbsp Garlic chopped
1 small size Onion chopped
2-3 Green Chillies chopped
1 medium size Green Capsicum chopped
250 grams Chicken (boiled and shredded)
Salt and Pepper
1 teaspoon Red Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper powder
3 big size Potatoes
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Refined Flour
1/2 cup Milk
2 pinch Salt
1 pinch White Pepper powder
2 Cheese Cubes
Fresh Coriander and Mint Leaves

Steps
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a kadai, add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped Ginger.
Fry it for half a minute, then add 1 chopped medium sized onion, 2-3 chopped green chillies then sauté for half a minute and keep stirring.
Add 1 medium size chopped Capsicum, 250 grams boiled and shredded chicken (boiled chicken with salt and pepper and shred it) mix it well and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
Then after cooking for 2 minutes add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon salt, one teaspoon Chilli flakes, half teaspoon garam masala powder, one teaspoon soya sauce, two teaspoon lemon juice, half teaspoon black pepper powder.
Fry the chicken with these masalas for 2 minutes.
Then add 3 big size boiled and grated potato to this mixture and mix it well on low flame.
Keep mixing so that the potato and the chicken combined together properly.
You have added potatoes so check the salt at this point if it is less add little salt.
Now off the flame and let the mixture to cool down.
Let us move to the next process, in a pan heat 1 tablespoon butter, add 1 tablespoon refined flour and keep mixing it on a low flame for 1 minute.
After stirring it for a minute, take half cup of milk add gradually to the refined flour and keep mixing it so no lumps are formed, with the help of whisker keep mixing it, so no lumps will be formed .
When you have finished adding all the milk then add a Pinch of salt and a Pinch of white pepper powder. You can also use black pepper, keep mixing it till you get a thick sauce out of it then off the flame and remove this sauce in a bowl.
When the white sauce is cool down, add 2 grated cheese cubes and mix it will form a mixture.
Once the mixture has cooled down, add chopped coriander and mint leaves to the chicken mixture and mix it.
Lets go to the next process of making the cutlets.
Make small lemon size balls of the white sauce mixture for the filling of cutlets.
Now take a handful ball of chicken mixture and flatten on your palm and spread it to make a flat round shape, then place this white sauce ball in between flatten mixture and cover it with the remaining chicken mixture to make a round cutlet.
You can make the size as you wish big or small That depends on you.
Prepare the remaining cutlets in the same way and keep it ready.
Dust the cutlets in refined flour, then dip in the beaten eggs and then coat it with bread crumbs.
At this point you can store them in the freezer and use them afterwards whenever you need them .
Heat oil in a kadai, and deep fry the cutlet on medium flame till golden brown and crispy.
Serve them as starters with ketchup, chutney or any dip of your choice.
