Chicken Cheese Wheels Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Wheels Recipe

1 Tbsp Oil

1 Tsp Chopped Garlic

1 Onion

1/2 Cup Capsicum

Salt

1 Tbsp Ketchup

1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce

1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce

1 Tsp Vinegar

1/4th Tsp Chilli Flakes

1 Cup Boiled & Shredded Chicken

2-3 Tbsp Spring Onions

Slice Of Bread

2 Tbsp Cream

2-3 Tbsp Cheese

Beaten Egg

Steps for Chicken Cheese Wheels Recipe

1. Heat 1 Tsp Oil in a wok add chopped Garlic, Onion and sauté it for a minute on low flame.

2. Add chopped Capsicum, Salt and sauté for a minute. Add Ketchup, Red Chilli Sauce, Red Chilli Powder, Soya Sauce and Vinegar. Saute it for 1-2 minutes on low flame.

3. Add Chilli Flakes, Shredded Chicken (Boiled in salt and Black Pepper Powder), Spring Onions and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame. Off the flame and let it cool down.

4. Take Bread Slices cut the edges and make a round shape with the help of Steel Glass. Follow the same procedure for the remaining Bread Slices.

5. Add Cream and Cheese in the Chicken mixture. Mix it well.

6. Deep the edges of round bread in the Water. Take the round Bread on your palm and press it slightly. Fill it with the Chicken Mixture and cover with the other Slice of Bread. Press it gently until the sides are completely Sealed.

7. Dip in beaten egg than coat with breadcrumbs. Follow same procedure for the remaining.

8. Meanwhile we have kept oil for heating. Fry the Chicken Cheese Wheels on medium flame until golden in color.

9. Hot and Tasty Chicken Cheese Wheels are ready to serve with Tomato Ketchup.
