Ingredients
100 gms Boneless Chicken
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Pinch Salt
1/2 Tsp Corn Flour
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Tsp Soya Sauce
2 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Vinegar
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 Tsp Honey
2 Tbsp Garlic Chopped
2 Tsp Ginger Chopped
Spring Onion Whites
1 Carrot ½ Cup Capsicum
½ Cup Cabbage
Few Spring Onions
1 Tbsp Water Noodles
1 Tsp Oil
3-4 Dried Red Chilli
Steps
1. Marinate Chicken cubes with Ginger Garlic Paste Salt Corn Flour and Black Pepper Powder. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, take Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Black Pepper Powder, Tomato Ketchup and Honey. Mix all the sauces well.
3. In a wok add 2 Tbsp oil. After oil is heated add chicken on high flame and sauté chicken for 2 to 3 minutes. In the same oil Chopped Ginger and Garlic sauté for a minute.
4. Add white Spring Onion, Chicken and sauté everything together.
5. Add Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Few Spring Onions and sauté on high flame.
6. Add all the sauces, salt and water. After the sauces sizzle, add 250gms boiled noodles and spring onion. Saute everything well and off the flame.
7. In a small pan add oil and dried red chillies fry it for 1-2 minutes and off the flame. Cover it with the lid 3-5 minutes. Pour the red chillies on the noodles and serve it hot.
