These sliders are a burst of flavor in every bite: authentic tasting juicy, spicy chicken tikka (grilled chicken), a spicy garlic mayo, and lots of cheese. It truly does not get better than them, and the added bonus is that they are really easy to make.
This recipe is EASY. The chicken tikka is made using the broiler setting in the oven, making it extremely hands-off. The naan buns can replaced with Rolls, which, we all know, are soft and fluffy and delicious. And the sauce takes no time. This makes them the perfect recipe to try, whether you want to enjoy it yourself.

Ingredients
2 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic
250 grams Chicken
Half teaspoon Salt
Half teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 medium Onion
1 medium Carrot
Half cup Cabbage
Half cup Tricolor Capsicum
1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1/4 teaspoon White Pepper Powder
1 medium Potato
Salt
Spring Onion Green
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Schezwan Sauce
3 Cheese Slice
Mozzarella Cheese
2 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Garlic
Fresh Coriander
Chilli flakes
Pao or Slider Buns
Steps
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pot, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic sauté for half a minute, then add 250 grams boneless chicken cut into thin strips.
Stir fry the chicken on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes, then add half tsp salt, half tsp ginger garlic paste.
Stir fry the chicken with ginger and garlic for 4 to 5 minutes till soft, then add 1 medium sliced Onion, 1 medium sliced carrot, stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes, then add half cup shredded cabbage, half cup tricolor sliced Capsicum, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1/4th tsp white pepper powder stir fry it for 2 minutes.
Then add 1 medium boiled and mashed potato, little salt, some chopped Spring Onion greens mix it till well combined then off the flame.
Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp schezwan sauce mix it well to prepare a mixture.
Take Pav or slider buns cut them in between spread the Mayonnaise mixture on the inside of the bottom part of the slider bun, spread the mixture of chicken on top then place 3 slices of cheese that should cover the chicken mixture, then sprinkle some Mozzarella cheese, some chopped spring onion greens then cover it with the other part of the bun or pav.
Now take 2 tbsp melted butter add 1 tsp chopped garlic, some Fresh chopped Coriander leaves, mix it then brush this mixture on the top of the buns or pav, sprinkle some Chilli flakes then cover the buns with a sheet of silver foil and bake it in an oven for 10 to 12 minutes on 180 deegre celsius.
You can bake them in frying pan also.
