Fajita is a dish from Texan-Mexican American cuisine. Here, strips of meat or chicken are cooked with stripped bell pepper and onions, spiced with fajita seasoning, and served over the tortilla or bread.
You will love the idea of turning favorite meals into a sandwich. And thats just what I did here. Chicken fajitas are very common in our house, its just one of those meals that is easy to prepare and its a perfect.

These quick and easy Chicken Fajita Sandwiches use simple ingredients to create a flavorful and satisfying meal in under 30 minutes. The juicy, smoky chicken strips and charred vegetables, seasoned with homemade fajita seasoning, are all wrapped in grilled bread with gooey melted cheese.

Ingredients
250 grams Chicken
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Half teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/4th teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
Half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4th teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Half teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Oil
1 big Onion
3 color Bell Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon light Soya Sauce
1 teaspoon Vinegar
2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
Cheese Slices
Green of Spring Onions
Mozzarella Cheese

Steps
Take 250 grams boneless chicken, wash it pat dry, cut into long thin stripes add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, half tsp Chilli flakes, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, Half tsp salt, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs, half tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp olive oil mix it till well combine.
Now keep it aside to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp chopped garlic sauté for a second, then add the marinated chicken pieces, stir fry on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes.
Then cover and cook on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes till the chicken is soft.
When chicken turns soft add one big sliced onion, take three color bell pepper red, green, yellow each half cut into slices, add them also, then add 1 tsp light soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup mix it well then cover and cook on low flame till the bell peppers are soft.
Then place some Cheese Slices on the cooked chicken, some chopped green of spring onions, some mozzarella cheese then cover and cook on low flame till the cheese melts. Then off the flame.
Then take 2 slices of any bread of your choice. Apply butter on the top slice.
Place the butter side of the bread in a heated pan. Cook on low heat for a minute or until crisp and golden.
Then put the mixture of the sandwich on it then Apply butter on the other side of the sandwich. Flip it. Cook for a minute and remove.
Serve them with some sour cream, salsa and some guacamole if you wish and OMG, they are to die for.
