Ingredients
• 12 pcs/500 gms chicken wings
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 egg whisked
• 3 tbsp corn flour
• 1 tbsp gram flour
• oil for frying
Steps
1. First, we need to marinate the chicken. For this, add pepper powder, lemon juice, soya sauce, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt into the chicken.
2. When the chicken is done marinating, heat some oil in a pan.
3. Into the marinated chicken, add corn flour, gram flour, all-purpose flour and a whisked egg.
4. Mix all these ingredients well so that the chicken pieces are thoroughly coated
5. Into the hot oil, drop in the chicken pieces one by one. Keep the flame on medium while frying to allow the chicken to cook all the way. Fry until golden.
