Ingredients for Chicken Manchurian Gravy Recipe

250gms Boneless Chicken

1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Egg White

1 Tsp White Vinegar

3 Tbsp Cornflour

1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder

2 Tbsp Oil

2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger & Garlic

1 Onion

1 Capsicum

2-3 Green Chillies

2 Tbsp Spring Onions

1 Tbsp Soya Sauce

1 Tsp Vinegar

1 Cup Water

1/2 Tsp Sugar

1/4th Cube of Chicken Stock

Pinch Of White Pepper Powder

2 Tsp Cornflour + 4 Tsp Water

Steps for Chicken Manchurian Gravy Recipe

1. Marinate 250gms Boneless Chicken with Ginger Garlic Paste, Egg White, Vinegar, Corn flour and Black Pepper Powder. Cover and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

2. Meanwhile heat Oil in a wok and put the marinated Chicken for fry on medium flame. Fry the Chicken for 5 minutes until golden in color.

3. Heat 2 Tbsp Oil in a wok, add Chopped Ginger & Garlic and sauté it for a minute on high flame.

4. Add diced Onion, Capsicum, sliced Green Chillies and Spring Onions. Saute it on high flame for a minute.

5. Put Soya Sauce, Vinegar and sauté for a minute. Add 1 cup Water and let it boil.

6. Add Sugar, Cube of Chicken Stock and Pinch Of White Pepper Powder. Now lower the flame.

7. Pour Corn flour slurry in the mixture and keep stirring continuously for a minute so that the gravy becomes thick in texture.

8. Let it cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes. Add Spring Onions and fried Chicken in the gravy. Toss it well and cook for half minute.

9. Hot and Tasty Chicken Manchurian Gravy is ready to serve with Tandoori Naan or Fried Rice.
