250gms Boneless Chicken
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 Tbsp Curd
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
2 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
For Garlic Mixture
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion Chopped
1 Green Chilli Chopped
1 Tomato
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1 Tsp Vinegar
Few chopped Coriander & Mint Leaves
For Roasting
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1/4th Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Few Coriander Leaves
6-7 Pav Butter

Steps
1. Marinate 250gms Boneless chicken strips with 1TbspGinger Garlic Paste, Curd, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder (spiciness depends as per your taste), Turmeric Powder and Salt. Cover it with the lid and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
2. Take 1Tbsp oil in a pan. Once the oil is heated, put chopped onion and green chillies sauté at high fame until onion turns into golden colour.
3. Add the remaining 1Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste sauté it for 1 minute. Add tomatoes stir for a while. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes till the tomatoes are tender.
4. After the tomatoes are cooked well add marinated chicken now keep the flame low so that the curd does not curdle stir for a while than cover it with the lid (no need to add water as chicken and curd both releases water).Cook it for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame till the chicken is tender.
5. Put Chaat Masala, Vinegar (lemon juice alternate option), chopped Coriander & Mint Leaves. Mix everything well and off the flame.
6. Heat a vessel and put 2Tbsp Butter and Chopped Garlic. Sauté until garlic turns golden in colour off the flame and keep stirring for 10-20 seconds so that the butter cools down. Put Red Chilli Powder and few chopped Coriander Leaves. Mix everything well (Important mixture of the recipe that will enhance the flavour of Masala Pav).
7. Take 6 breads cut it from the middle as shown in the video. Apply butter and add the chicken filing on the bread slices. Spread the mixture evenly.
8. For garnishing, Put chopped onion, few coriander leaves and cheese slices (optional).
9. Heat a pan, put the main garlic mixture and place the bread on it. Roast it on low flame so that the bread becomes crispy. Apply the garlic over the bread too and flip it to other side after 2-3 minutes.
10. Both the sides are crispy and Chicken Masala Pav is ready to be serve.
