Chicken Masala Toast
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon chopped Onion
2 Green Chilli chopped
100 grams of Boiled Chicken
2 tablespoon Red Capsicum chopped
Less than half teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Light Soya Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
1/4th teaspoon Black Pepper powder
1 big Potato boiled
Green Coriander
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Some Bread Slices
2 tablespoon Refined Flour
4 tablespoon Water
Some White Sesame Seeds
Steps
In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of butter, add 3 tablespoon of chopped onions, 2 green chillies chopped, saut� for half a minute and then add 100 grams boiled and shredded chicken.
Add 2 tablespoon red capsicum chopped, less than half teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, mix all these ingredients properly and cook for at least 2-3 minutes on medium flame keep stirring.
After cooking for 2-3 minutes, add 1 teaspoon light soya sauce if you are using dark one, add half teaspoon, add half teaspoon of salt as boiled chicken also has salt so use little salt, half teaspoon Mixed Herbs you can use oregano instead of this, 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes, 1/4th teaspoon black pepper powder.
Keep stirring cook for 1 minute on low flame.
Then add 1 big size boiled and grated potato, some chopped coriander leaves, half teaspoon lemon juice mix all these ingredients properly cook for half a minute and then off the flame and let it cool down.
Take some bread slices, cut the edges of it, apply some butter on it and spread this mixture of chicken on the bread by making a thin layer on it.
Prepare all the Bread slices in this manner.
Take 2 tablespoon refined flour, add 4 tablespoon of water to it and make a thick slurry.
Cut the prepared bread slices into 2 triangle pieces, then apply this slurry on the mixture of chicken on the bread with the help of a brush, make a thin layer of this slurry.
Take some White sesame seeds and sprinkle on the bread slices and coat it with these seeds .
Prepare all the bread slices by coating it with sesame seeds.
In a pan heat butter, place the bread, toast it on low flame for 1 minute till the sesame seeds turn golden colour, then flip the slices on other side to toast it till crispy .
Remove it and serve with your favourite dip, chutney or sauce.
