Ingredients
150 grams Boneless Chicken boiled and shredded
1 big Boiled Potato mashed
2 tablespoons Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon chopped Garlic
Half teaspoon Mixed Herbs
2 tablespoons chopped Capsicum
Fresh Coriander
3 tablespoons boiled Sweet Corn
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Half teaspoon crushed Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Mozzarella Cheese
Half teaspoon Salt
White Bread Slices
Wooden Icecream Sticks
3 tablespoons of Cornflour
2 tablespoons of Refined Flour
A pinch of Salt
Half cup Water
Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying
Steps
Boil 150 grams of boneless chicken by adding a little salt and a piece of cinnamon. By adding cinnamon the smell of the chicken will vanish completely, and then shred it into fine pieces.
Add 1 big boiled potato mashed, 2 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp chopped garlic, half tsp mixed herbs, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, fresh chopped coriander leaves, 3 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, half tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese, half tsp salt and mix it properly to get a thick mixture.
Then take one slice of bread with the help of a round cutter or a glass cut in the middle of the Slice and make a round bread circle.
In the same manner prepare all the round bread slices and with remaining edges of the bread you can prepare bread crumbs out of it.
Take a round slice place a spoon full mixture of chicken in the middle of the slice, then take an icecream stick press at the edge of the mixture, then take another round slice dip the edges of it in water and then cover it on the mixture, press the edges of both the slices together as it is dipped in water they will easily get stuck to each other.
In the same manner keep preparing all the chicken popsicles, cover them with a clean cloth to avoid dryness of the bread.
You can easily make 12 popsicles out of this chicken mixture.
To make the slurry, in a bowl take 3 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp refined flour, a pinch of salt, add half cup water gradually and make a semi thick slurry out of it.
Now dip the chicken popsicles in this slurry then coat them with breadcrumbs.
In the same manner prepare all the popsicles and keep it ready, if you want to store them, place these popsicles in a dish and freeze it for sometime to become hard and then you can preserve them in a box or zip lock bag.
Now deep fry them in oil on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes on each side till golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup.

Tips *Use fresh bread for best results. *Do not overcrowd the kadai while frying, fry 2 to 3 at a time according to the size of your kadai. *Serve it immediately and eat it hot for crispy and crunchy taste.
