Ingredients for Chicken Schezwan Noodles Rice Recipe

200 gms Boneless Chicken

Salt

1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 Tsp Cornflour

2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce

1/4th Tsp Soya Sauce

1 & 1/2 Tsp White Vinegar

1 Tsp Ketchup

1-2 Tsp Oil

3 Tbsp Oil

1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger & Garlic

1 Onion

1/2 Cup Carrot

1/2 Cup Cabbage

1/2 Cup Capsicum

150 gms Boiled Rice

1 Cup Boiled Noodles

1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder

Salt

Steps for Chicken Schezwan Noodles Rice Recipe

1. Marinate 200 gms Chicken strips with Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Corn Flour and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

2. For Sauces- Take Schezwan Sauce, Soya Sauce, White Vinegar and Ketchup. Mix it well.

3. Meanwhile heat 2 Tsp Oil in a pan. Add marinated Chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Later cover with the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. After 3 minutes increase the flame and dry the Chicken.

4. Heat 3 Tbsp Oil in a wok, add Chopped Ginger, Garlic, Onion and sauté it for a minute on high flame.

5. Add chopped Carrot, Capsicum and Cabbage. Cook everything on high flame for a minute.

6. Lower the flame while adding 150gms boiled Basmati Rice and boiled Noodles. Add mixed Sauces, White Pepper Powder and Salt. Increase the flame and mix everything properly.

7. Lastly add cooked Chicken and Spring Onions.

8. Tempting Chicken Schezwan Noodles Rice is ready to serve.
