This scrumptious snack prepared in flavored sauces and creamy chicken in it is so soft and tasty that it will melt in your mouth. With this recipe you will be able to make 8-9 pattice.

CHICKEN SCHEZWAN PATTICE
Ingredients
200 gms Chicken (Boiled with little salt and Shredded)
1 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Onion Chopped
1 Green Chilli chopped
1 Capsicum chopped
1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1 tsp Tomato ketchup
½ tsp Soya sauce
2 pinches of Salt
2 pinches of Black Pepper powder
5 Potatoes Boiled and Mashed
½ tsp Salt for potato
3 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp rice flour
½ Cup Cheese grated
Some coriander leaves
Bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
Steps
Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, chopped onion and sauté it for half a minute on high flame. Add the boiled chicken, green chilli, capsicum and keep on stirring for a minute till everything is mixed thoroughly.
Reduce the flame and add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and soya sauce, little salt and black pepper powder and cook for 2 mins till done. Keep it aside your chicken filling is ready.
Add salt, corn flour, rice flour to the boiled and mashed potatoes and mix it well to make dough. Keep it in refrigerator for some time.
Add grated cheese, coriander leaves to the chicken filling, check and add salt if required.
Grease your palm and make small balls of potato dough and flatten them on your palm, spread chicken filling and cover it with the dough and make round shape pattice.
Roll the pattice in bread crumbs then dip in beaten egg and deep fry it until golden brown.
