Ingredients for CHICKEN TIKKA DISC

INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN TIKKA

1 tsp Oil

100 gms Boneless Chicken

1 tsp Red Chilli powder

¼ tsp Garam Masala powder

¼ tsp Salt

½ tsp Lemon juice

INGREDIENTS FOR FLOUR MIXTURE

1 tsp Oil

1 tsp Butter

1 tsp Chopped Garlic

1 Onion Chopped

1 Green Chilli chopped

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

½ Cup milk

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Mixed herbs

2 pinches Black Pepper powder

¼ tsp Chilli Flakes

3-4 tbsp Capsicum chopped

3-4 tbsp Sweet corn (boiled)

OTHERS Bread slices (brown or white)

Some Schezwan sauce

Some Cheese

Little Butter

Chilli flakes and Mixed herbs to garnish

Steps for CHICKEN TIKKA DISC

Heat oil in a kadai, add boneless chicken pieces and the ingredients given above to make chicken tikka (Ingredients for chicken tikka) and keep stirring on high flame for 3-4 mins. Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 mins till chicken is done. Turn off the flame and keep it aside. Chicken tikka is ready

Now let’s go to the next step for making flour mixture.

Heat oil and butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, onion, green chili and sauté it for a minute on low flame. Then add all-purpose flour and mix it continuously for 2 mins on low flame.

Start pouring milk gradually and keep stirring to avoid lumps. Add salt, mixed herbs, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, capsicum and boiled sweet corn and keep stirring so that the mixture is cooked properly. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down.

Cut the bread slices in big round shape with a round glass or cutter so as to remove the edges.

Now take the round bread slice and put a smaller size glass or cutter on it to cut the circle so that the ring comes out.

We have one round bread and one round ring.

Repeat this procedure and make round bread and rings as much as you wish to make.

Preheat a kadai or pan for 10 mins.

Apply schezwan sauce on round bread slice and place the other ring on it. Put some flour mixture in between the ring and some grated cheese on it. Then decorate it with some chicken tikka pieces and sprinkle herbs on it. Now apply little butter on the edges of the ring.

Put a stand in the preheat vessel and place these chicken tikka disc rings to bake.

Bake it on medium flame for 6-8 mins till the cheese melts and bread looks crispy.

Serve it with tomato ketchup.
