This recipe works in an oven. It works well. But its really hard to beat the kiss of smoke a charcoal grill brings. There is an easier way. It does not cost much at all.

Ingredients
250 grams boneless Chicken
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
4 tablespoon Curd
Puree of one Tomato
1 tablespoon Chicken Tikka Masala
4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Mint Chutney
Fresh Coriander
2 tablespoon Oil
Mint Chutney

Steps
Take 250 grams boneless chicken wash it and cut them into small pieces.
Add one teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 4 tablespoon curd ,puree of one tomato,1 tablespoon chicken tikka masala mix it well then cover and keep aside for half an hour.
Take 4 tablespoon mayonnaise, add two tablespoon mint chutney mix it well your Mint Mayo chutney is ready.
Heat two tablespoon oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken pieces cook on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, then cover and cook on low flame till the chicken is tender and the masala turns dry.
When done sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and off the flame.
Heat a piece of coal place a katori in between the pan, then place the heated coal in the katori, then pour few drops of oil on the hot coal and cover it to give a smoky flavour to the chicken.
Your chicken tikka boti is ready.
You can use any readymade paratha from the market or homemade chapati or roti to make this roll.
Fry the paratha and put it in a dish then apply some green chutney on the paratha, then place the pieces of chicken tikka on it, add some onion rings and then spread the mint Mayo Chutney and serve.

Tips * If your tikka masala contains salt then do not add salt to the chicken while marination. * Adjust the chilli in the mint chutney according to your taste. * Use thigh pieces of chicken boti for best results.
