1 cup Carrot grated
1 cup Cabbage grated
1 big Onion sliced
200 grams Chicken (boiled and shredded)
4 Green Chillies chopped
1 inch Ginger and Garlic chopped
Mint leaves chopped
Coriander leaves
3-4 tablespoon Fried Onion
1 & 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Less than half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
2 teaspoon Vinegar
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Less than half tsp Black Pepper
3 Bead Slice crumbs
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Clarified Butter
3 tablespoon Refined Flour
Panko bread crumbs
1 Egg
Salt to taste
Steps
In a big dish take grated carrot, grated cabbage, 1 big size sliced onion, 200 grams boiled and shredded chicken, chopped garlic and ginger, 4 chopped green chillies, chopped mint and coriander leaves, 3-4 tbsp fried onions, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, less than 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce (If you are using light soya sauce then add 1 tbsp or if you are using dark soya sauce one add half teaspoon), 2 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, less than half tsp black pepper crushed, bread crumbs of 3 slices, 1 tbsp ghee, 3 tbsp refined flour.
Using your hands mix all the ingredients well together.
If you feel the mixture is a little sticky, you can add some refined flour or breadcrumbs.
Using your hands make cutlets as the shape you like .
Coat each cutlet with Panko breadcrumbs and keep aside.
Now you can store these cutlets in the freezer for weeks.
Now lets fry the cutlets.
Deep fry the cutlets on medium to high flame on each side till golden brown .
Serve warm with mint chutney or ketchup.
