Chilli Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients for Chilli Garlic Potatoes

15 Boiled Baby Potatoes

Juice of 2 lemons

1 Tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder

Salt to Taste

2 Tbsp Water

2 Tbsp Oil

Â½ Tsp Mustard Seeds

2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic

Sprinkle some Coriander Leaves

Steps for Chilli Garlic Potatoes

1) Using a fork, poke each of the baby potatoes at different places to make sure the masala penetrates in the holes.

2) In a bowl - Add lemon juice, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and water. Mix and keep aside

3) Heat oil in a pan, Add mustard seeds to it. When the seeds stop popping, add chopped garlic and sautÃ© for half a minute.

4) Add the baby potatoes and sautÃ© for 2 minutes on high flame.

5) Now, add the masala ( Refer to point no 2) and fry it for a minute. After that- Simmer, cover and cook for another minute.

6) Add few coriander leaves, mix well and put the flame off. Chilli Garlic Potatoes are ready.
