Ingredients
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Cornflour
Salt
Pinch Of Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Water As Required
200 gms Paneer
1 1/2 Tbsp Cornflour
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
Oil For Frying
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Chopped
1 Onion & 1 Capsicum
3 Green Chillies Slit
1/2 Cup Water

Steps
1. For Marinating-In a bowl take All Purpose Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Pinch Of Black Pepper Powder and Ginger Garlic Paste. Add Water as required and make a fine paste.
2. Add 200 gms Paneer in the paste and mix it well. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
3. For Sauces- In a bowl take Cornflour, Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Tomato Ketchup, Black Pepper Powder, Sugar and Water. Mix everything well.
4. Meanwhile we have kept Oil for frying. Once the Oil is heated, put the Paneer for fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes until golden brown in color.
5. In a pan take 2 Tbsp Oil, add chopped Ginger Garlic and saute it for a minute on high flame.
6. Add sliced Onion, Capsicum, Green Chillies slit and saute everything on high flame for a minute.
7. Add the prepared Sauces ( Before adding the sauces stir it once) and 1/2 cup Water. Keep stirring and cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes. The consistency of gravy is neither too thick nor watery.
8. Add Spring Onions and fried Paneer (Lastly add the Paneer to maintain crispiness).Mix it well and off the flame.
9. Serve Hot and Spicy Chilli Paneer with Veg Fried Rice.
