CREAMY CHICKEN EGG TOAST
Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil
1 Chopped Onion
3 Green Chillies chopped
250 gms Chicken Minced Kheema
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
½ Cup Milk
1 tbsp Cornflour
2 Boiled Eggs sliced
½ tsp Chilli flakes
½ tsp White Pepper powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Cheese slices
Butter
Ghee
¼ tsp Garam Masala powder
Steps
Heat oil in a pan, add onion cook till soft, add chicken kheema, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric and fry it on a high flame for 2 mins. Lower the flame n cook for 8-10 mins till kheema is cooked.
Take milk and add corn flour mix it and keep aside.
Check the kheema then add chilli flakes, white pepper powder, garam masala powder and mix it.
Stir the mixture of milk and cornflour and pour it in the kheema and mix it properly till the cornflour is cooked for 2-3 mins on low flame.Then add lemon juice and mix kheema. Kheema is ready.
Cut the edges of the bread slices and apply butter to it.
Spread the kheema mixture on the slice of bread, put a cheese slice then place egg slices on it. Sprinkle chilli flakes, salt then cover it with another slice of bread.
Apply a little ghee in a pan and toast this sandwich. Flip it when done on one side add ghee if needed
