Ingredients
3 big Potatoes
500 grams boneless Chicken
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Cabbage
1 cup Carrot
2 tablespoon Garlic
1 tablespoon Ginger
Fresh Coriander
4 to 5 tablespoon Fried Onions
Crumbs of 3 Bread Slices
Mint Leaves
4 Green Chillies
2 Eggs
2 tablespoon light Soya Sauce
2 tablespoon Vinegar
2o tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon Clarified Butter
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
Half teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Corn Flour
1 cup Refined Flour
2 Pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
3/4th Cup Water
Steps
Take 3 big potatoes boiled and Grated.
Take 500 grams boneless chicken boiled and shredded into fine pieces.
In a huge pot add the Grated potatoes, shredded chicken, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 2 cups grated cabbage, 1 cup grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped ginger,freshly chopped coriander leaves, 4 to 5 tbsp fried onions, crumbs of 3 bread slices, chopped mint leaves, 4 chopped green chillies, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp light soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp clarified butter, 1 tsp black pepper powder, half tsp garam masala powder, 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp corn flour mix all these ingredients till well combined into a soft dough.
Now make cutlets out of this mixture, if you feel the dough is too soft you can add more bread crumbs or you can keep the mixture in the fridge for some time to get a little harder. You can make 30 cutlets out of this mixture.
Take 1 cup refined flour, 2 pinch salt, 1 tsp chilli flakes, add 3/4th cup water gradually and make a semi thick slurry.
Now dip the cutlets into the maida slurry and coat with bread crumbs.
Deep fry them till golden brown and crispy on both the sides.
Serve it with chutney or Ketchup.
Tips *Taste the mixture of the Cutlet for seasoning before frying them. * Make sure that the Oil in which you fry should be hot enough. * You can add Veggies of your choice to make it more Nutritious, Healthy and family favorite. * Adjust Chilli according to your taste.
