Crispy Chicken is sautéed in a spicy sweet sauce along with onions and Capsicum. Serve Crispy Chicken with some Fried Rice or Vegetable Noodles.

Ingredients
150 gms Boneless Chicken
5 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
3 Tbsp CornFlour
Salt
1 Tsp Vinegar
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Oil
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder
2-3 Tbsp Water
Oil For Frying
1 Tsp Corn Flour
2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1/4th Tsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger & Garlic
1 Onion
2 Green Chillies
½ Capsicum
1/4th Yellow Capsicum

Steps
1. Marinate 150gms Boneless strip Chicken with All Purpose Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Vinegar, Egg white, Oil and Black Pepper Powder. Mix everything well and add water little by little. Make a sticky mixture. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile we have kept oil for frying, put marinated Chicken and fry until crispy and golden in color.
3. In a bowl, take Corn Flour, Schezwan Sauce, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Water and Tomato Ketchup. Mix it well.
4. Heat 2 Tbsp Oil in a pan, add Chopped Ginger & Garlic, sliced Onion, Green Chillies, sliced Green and Yellow Capsicum. Fry everything on high flame for a minute.
5. Add the mixture of sauces in the pan and keep stirring continuously so that no lumps are form for 1-2 minutes.
6. Add fried Chicken and Green Spring Onions. Mix everything with a light hand and off the flame.
